For folks who would like to come up a little early, Carter and Lindsay will be skiing at the Mammoth Mountain ski resort in the week leading up to the wedding, and we invite you to meet us at Canyon Lodge as we get lunch the Thursday before the ceremony.
Folks who aren’t skiing can take the Village Gondola up to Canyon Lodge to meet and greet as well.
Friday, April 24
Welcome Dinner

We’re bringing a little bit of Texas to the Sierras. Hats & boots encouraged.
Fremon and Candy Baker invite all guests to a Welcome Dinner on Friday night from 6-9pm at the Yodler Restaurant & Bar next to the Main Lodge / Mammoth Mountain Inn. Come join us for an apres-ski evening with a little country flare.
Note, weather can vary and hard to guage this far out. Be prepared for colder temps, even in April!
Saturday, April 25
Wedding Ceremony
Meet at Mammoth Mountain Panorama Gondola

ATTIRE: Dressy Winter Chic
Please dress warmly and plan for winter conditions.
Guests will walk on snow; you’re welcome to bring a second pair of shoes to change into for the reception.
4:15 – Recommended arrival time to Mammoth Mountain Panorama gondola (at Main Lodge)
Guests will be take the gondola from Mammoth Mountain’s Main Lodge to the top of the mountain for the ceremony (weather permitting).
The gondola ride takes about 10 minutes from the bottom of the mountain to the top, so please factor in plenty of travel time.
5 pm – Ceremony at Top of Mammoth Mountain
Weather-permitting, the ceremony will take place outside, standing on the snow at the top of the mountain.
PLEASE NOTE: The top of the mountain is standing room only. There will be no chairs available outside as it can be quite windy. There will be a small viewing area available inside the gondola station for those who wish to view but will need to sit for the ceremony, or alternatively, we invite you to meet us at the reception.
Should the weather not cooperate, the ceremony will take place at McCoy Station, halfway up the mountain (also accessible via the Main Lodge gondola.)
Wedding Reception
6 to 11 pm – Reception at Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort, McCoy Station
The reception will be held at McCoy Station, the mid-mountain lodge halfway up the mountain (also accessible via the Main Lodge gondola.) If the weather is less than ideal, this will serve as the ceremony location as well.
